The Brief

Launch the first Tim Hortons in Pakistan as a must-visit international coffee destination - widely called the biggest F&B brand launch the country had seen.

The Execution

Pre-launch PR at scale, a curated influencer & media presence, a seamless high-footfall opening, and a content-led approach driving real-time visibility.

Opening Day

Queues formed before the doors opened, coverage ran wall to wall, and the launch dominated social feeds for weeks - the moment the whole city was talking about.

The Result

An instant cultural hotspot - and a world record for the highest opening-day transactions at any Tim Hortons outlet.

The Brief

Make foodpanda's annual employee gala do real work - recognise standout performers, reinforce the brand's playful identity, and give the team an evening they'd talk about for months. Recognition, belonging and brand love, in one room.

The Big Idea

Employees see Pau Pau every day but never step inside his world - so we made that the premise. Mohatta Palace became the canvas: a heritage palace draped in Pau Pau's universe. Pau Pau hosted the night; the employees were the stars.

The Line-Up

Hosted by Faiza Saleem, with a comedy set from Abbas Bukhari, live music from Havi and Asim Azhar with DJ Trix, and a fireworks finale - five emotional notes sequenced into one continuous arc.

Lacoste: French Elegance in Lahore

The Brief

Bring one of the world's most recognisable fashion houses to Pakistan with its first-ever boutique - introducing the iconic crocodile to a new generation while honouring its heritage and lifestyle appeal.

The Build-Up

A phased PR and influencer plan - curated Lacoste packages and unboxings seeded with fashion and lifestyle creators, building anticipation across Stories before the doors opened.

The Result

Influencers arrived head-to-toe in Lacoste, turning guests into storytellers across Stories and Reels - and the coverage made it one of the season's most talked-about premium openings.

GWM: The Tank 500 Launch

The Brief

To mark five years of GWM in Pakistan, the brand unveiled its flagship SUV - the Tank 500. The goal: celebrate the milestone while driving real excitement around the launch through strategic influencer engagement and media visibility.

The Strategy

An influencer-led campaign built to create anticipation before the event and maximise reach during and after. Pre-event story shoutouts seeded the buzz; on launch day, creators captured the unveiling in real time, with four dedicated reels - including a celebrity-led reel - amplifying the moment across social.

The Result

Influencer marketing, celebrity content and strategic PR amplification elevated both the five-year milestone and the Tank 500 launch - strong social engagement extended by post-event magazine features and online coverage that kept the conversation going well beyond the event.
